New COVID-19 test site in Omaha will open later this week

As the state of Nebraska looks to expand testing, one drive-through COVID-19 test site in Omaha should start operations later this week after overcoming some road blocks.

The project, started by Pivot Concierge Health Clinic & Banyan Medical Solutions, originally lacked the proper permits to open. The City of Omaha Planning Department recently granted the companies a permit to set up the tents and test for the novel coronavirus.
